A new neighborhood designed for living well together, nestled between greenery and village life, just moments from Waterloo.

The Terra Nostra project is Equilis’ residential development in Braine-l’Alleud, built across multiple phases on the Merbraine plateau in the heart of Walloon Brabant.

Light-filled apartments with terraces, generous green spaces, an ecological corridor, and a landscaped public square: a neighborhood conceived for living well together, just moments from Waterloo and its amenities. Pedestrian and cycling paths connect residents to surrounding town centers, making daily life smoother and less car-dependent.

More than 600 kitchens (including 300 already installed) have been commissioned across the entire development programme. This long-term collaboration is built on early involvement right from the design stage: range selection, plan adaptation, coordination with general contractors, and on-site supervision through to turnkey handover.

A partnership built over time, just like the neighborhood itself.
